Since I already got better-than-expected ratings on all other issues (I'm 100% schedular and also TDIU) and they're all P&T, it would have suited me fine to just drop those remand items, but I was advised to let them ride, so I did. I guess at this point, that info probably goes back to the BVA so they can issue a decision on those two items. ![]() I didn't get any notification from VA about it, I only learned of it because the C&P info was in my medical records ("Blue Button") on myHealtheVet. One opinion was favorable for secondary SC, one was not. The C&P doctor issued those opinions on May 3. They finally started paying me retro and my new P&T 100% & SMC (s) rate after 9 months.įor the remands, they requested C&P opinions. Wow, this is like a "BVA Remand Class of 2018" reunion! My BVA Decision was issued (if I remember correctly) on Aug.
